CNC Operator (Verifiable Experience)

Will Effectively and efficiently program, setup, and operate multiple CNC and mechanical machinery including Lathes, Mill, and Brake Presses. The machinist will work in a fast-paced collaborative environment challenged with variable product and order mixes ranging from one-off production runs to longer runs of multiple days while maintaining high quality and on time delivery. The machinist will be responsible for all programming, setups, and general attributes of CNC and mechanical machining processes. CNC Certifications and/or 5 year’s experience.

Design Engineer (Fundamentals Exam or PE License a plus)

Will focus on designs specified by each customer, and be proactive in determining if the design will meet relevant codes and current industry requirements. The Engineer must have excellent knowledge of CAD & Calculation software, a thorough understanding of engineering terminology, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to utilize existing programs (Mathcad, Visual Basic, etc.) to design products for customers. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college. Fundamentals Exam or a Professional Engineer’s license a plus.

Sourcing Engineer (Procurement Experience is NOT required)

Will lead efforts in developing & validating opportunities in supply chain risk mitigation, quality improvements and cost savings. Will act as both the technical and business interface between suppliers and design/mfg. engineers. Procurement experience is NOT required. Must possess bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. Approx. 20% travel time may include international.

Lean-Mfg. (Black Belt preferred)
