CNC Operator-Machinist Tech II

Industrial Engineer (Mfg. Eng. Dept.)

The Industrial Engineer will support manufacturing by focusing on maximizing efficiency, increasing productivity, and reducing material and labor costs.
Must perform time study analysis and/or audits of current product design. Apply basic Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analysis, and decision tools to promote and implement changes in manufacturing and engineering. Assists in developing models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data, and provides summary analysis and metrics for management. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish accurate labor standards using the stop watch method or predetermined time measurement systems. Analyzes blueprint drawings and applies sequence of programming operations utilizing “G” & “M” machine code to ensure programs operate correctly and produces products that meet quality specifications. Ability to read and modify AutoCAD plant layout. Works effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems. Along with other duties assigned.
Business Administration (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering or related degree is required. A minimum of 2-3 years industrial engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of design and drafting software such as AutoCAD is necessary. Preferred: Methods-Time Measurement (MTM), Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST), and some experience in the use of stop watch time study methods. Experience working with BPCS or related MRP system is desirable.

Shipper Receiver (Material Handler)

Perform various manual and clerical duties in the shipment of finished goods, components and equipment and the receiving and stocking of materials from a number of sources. Record incoming materials, check and follow up on discrepancies and move to proper locations. Check shipments against shipping documents and instructions. Move shipments to stage at the loading dock and load onto trucks. Prepare and maintain specific shipping, receiving and stock records. Receive materials from various sources including vendors, the main plant, and warehouses. Check count of incoming materials against appropriate records. Make entries on receiving records as required. Forward necessary paperwork to departments or individuals concerned. Frequent exposed to moving machining equipment, moving mechanical parts, dirt, oil, grease, metal shavings, fumes or airborne particles and extreme temperatures. Forklift experience is required.

Using acetylene and electric arc welding equipment (i.e., MIG, TIG and standard) plus other standard tools related to the trade. Work is performed following general work instructions according to established trade and shop practices. Will exercise some discretion regarding specific procedures and work methods. Read and intrepid blueprints and working shop drawings. Measurements using a tape measure or other measuring equipment. Visually inspect welds to determine compliance with standards. Observe or monitor objects to determine compliance with prescribed operating or safety standards. Work safely with equipment using appropriate materials. Ability to follow oral or written instructions. NOTE: The weld test for Steel welders will be a 2F test on plate.
CAD Design Technician

Responsible for developing designs for complete product assemblies, components, and details necessary for manufacturing of our products. Essential duties and responsibilities include; accurate details to include all views and dimensions necessary for shop manufacturing, create bills of material for shop order items, make requested revisions to shape, size and arrangements of parts, assist engineers with drafting needs, use CAD to create detail drawings, assembly drawings and sketches for shop orders, and other duties assigned.
