Accounting Specialist I

Responsibilities include processing and preparing payments and check requests; matching vendor invoices to purchase order information and resolving discrepancies; initiating payments to vendors and posting to general ledger; responding to inquiries from department personnel and vendors. The Accounting Specialist performs all secretarial, informational and record keeping tasks appointed by the Accounting Supervisor and ensures a timely submission of supporting documents for purchase transactions by the company with internal and external clients. Must have excellent computer and data entry skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the ability to communicate and interact effectively with vendors and other departments. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent of a certificate or degree from a college. A minimum of two years of experience in accounting field or a related area is required.
CNC Operator-Machinist Tech II

Will effectively and efficiently program, setup and operate multiple CNC and mechanical machinery including Lathes, Mill and Brake Presses. The machinist will work in a fast-paced collaborative environment challenged with variable product and order mixes ranging from one-off production runs to longer runs of multiple days while maintaining high quality and on time delivery. The machinist will be responsible for all programming, setups and general attributes of CNC and mechanical machining processes. CNC Certifications and/or 5 years’ experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). (Verifiable Experience Required)
Controls Engineer (Mfg. Eng. Dept.)

Self-motivated individual who will work across a variety of functional groups that are directly involved in engineering, product development, and implementation plus with international contract manufacturing partners. Skill sets must include business related computer literacy, analytical problem solving, excellent verbal and written communication, and multi-task oriented skills.
Strong manufacturing engineering skills with a solid ability to effectively research investigate and present information. Experience with CNC equipment and understanding of fabrication, assembly and shop math, material processes, using and designing tools, fixtures and gauges. Excellent working knowledge of PLC required and Industrial PC experience preferred, Microsoft Excel and Micro Soft Project a plus. Excellent communication and organization skills are an absolute must. Willingness to brainstorm with dynamic engineering and manufacturing team. “Outside the box” thinking required.
A minimum of (5) five-years Controls Engineer related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A 2-4-year technical degree in a related field with an electronics emphasis is required.
