A Safety Manager’s primary responsibility is ensuring a safe and healthy workplace, maintaining compliance, and promoting a safety culture within the organization. They are tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing safety programs, conducting training, and investigating incidents to prevent future occurrences. This position reports to the Plant Manager.
