ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The following organizational changes will take effect March 8th, 2010.
Brad Adkins has accepted the responsibility for directing and coordinating all American Flagpole sales operations to meet planned objectives as to sales volume, market penetration, profitability, and selling costs. Adkins will turn his focus completely to American Flagpole to restore and insure our future growth until further notice.
Ann Ferguson has accepted the role of Manager of Customer Service for Hapco Aluminum and American Flagpole.
Andrew Dyer has accepted the role of Hapco Sales Manager.
Eddie Roberts has accepted the role of OEM and Steel Pole Sales Manager.
Please join me in thanking Brad, Ann, Eddie, and Andrew for accepting these new roles to help us combat these tough economic times.
