Thompson named Customer Service Manager

Chad Thompson has accepted the newly created position of Inside Sales ? Customer Service Manager, reporting to Vice President, Product Management. In his new role, Chad will direct and coordinate the customer service, quotation, and pricing functions for all Hapco aluminum pole products and markets. He will also assist Hapco Sales Managers in maintaining proper representation, recommending additions or removal of manufacturer's representatives as required. Chad graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Bluefield College in Bluefield Virginia. His experience includes over 12 years in management, sales, customer service, employee training, and inventory control.
